Job summary

NextLink Group is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support to deliver hands-on end-user computing and deskside support at our Rotterdam site. You will independently manage incidents, troubleshoot hardware/software, and coordinate with vendors and remote IT teams.

The ideal candidate has strong EUC and IMACD experience, plus AD/Entra ID and Intune skills for endpoint administration. A customer-focused, proactive approach is essential for maintaining IT service quality onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, EUC, deskside support, or onsite IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in onsite end-user support and IMACD activities.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID; Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with patch management tools; Patch My PC experience is an advantage.
• Basic networking knowledge; firewall knowledge; Sophos experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC, deskside, and IMACD support for end users, including installations, relocations, upgrades, changes, and device decommissioning.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity, printing, and peripheral issues.
• Perform hardware break/fix, component replacements, and device upgrades.
• Administer AD, Entra ID, and Intune for endpoint and user management.
• Manage software deployment, endpoint patching, and security updates.
• Provide technical support for Windows laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, firewalls).
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty claims and escalations.
• Deliver remote-hands and onsite support to infrastructure teams.
• Support IT rollouts, hardware refreshes, migrations, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, assets, changes, and SLAs.
