Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd seeks a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure on-site. You will manage client devices, operating systems, and mobility across multiple locations, delivering reliable End-User Computing services in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes Windows, macOS, and Linux administration with AD, GPO, JAMF Pro, and MDM, collaborating with IT security and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large-scale enterprise.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals) in a large enterprise.
• Manage WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) systems.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configurations across endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and directory maintenance in AD.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and Exchange/SharePoint.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM (iOS/Android).
• Support videoconferencing and room systems; assist with network printing and scaling.
• Contribute to endpoint security, patching, imaging, and incident response.
