Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support our enterprise infrastructure on-site in Zoetermeer. You will manage client devices, operating systems, and mobility tooling across locations, ensuring stable end-user computing and security.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in desktop administration, experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, AD, GPO, and endpoint management tools such as SCCM/Intune/JAMF.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive.
• Experience packaging and deploying apps across Windows/macOS/Linux (SCCM/Intune/JAMF).
• Familiarity with ITAM tools and inventory practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering; relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client devices in a large enterprise.
• Manage WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM.
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco room systems.
• Manage enterprise printing, scanning-to-email, finishing units.
• Assist in IT security incident response and patching.
• Coordinate office moves and site migrations.
• Collaborate with IT security on endpoint compliance.
