Job summary

Nike seeks a Senior Assortment Planner to shape the Nike Stores Owned assortment strategy across the EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain, turning data into consumer-focused plans that drive growth and premium experiences.

This temporary assignment runs through May 2027, offering an impact-driven opportunity within Nike's strategic planning function.

• Develop and own sport-specific assortment plans aligned with commercial objectives across EMEA.
• Optimize KPIs including Retail Sales Value, margin, inventory health, and Open-to-Buy.
• Build and maintain stock and sales plans for key product franchises and categories.
• Partner with Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive decisions.
• Identify opportunities and risks and proactively recommend solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support seasonal planning cycles and key commercial moments.

Ready to shape the future of Nike's assortment strategy across EMEA? As a Senior Assortment Planner EMEA NSO, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success for Nike Stores Owned. Working at the crossroads of Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will develop consumer-focused assortment plans that optimize business performance while delivering premium consumer experiences across the EMEA marketplace.

This is a temporary assignment until May 2027, offering a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact within one of Nike's most strategic planning functions.

What are you going to do?

As a Senior Assortment Planner, you will transform data and insights into assortment strategies that drive profitable growth and marketplace health.

• Develop and own sport-specific assortment plans aligned with Nike's commercial objectives across EMEA.
• Optimize key performance metrics including Retail Sales Value, margin, inventory health, and Open-to-Buy.
• Build and maintain stock and sales plans for key product franchises and categories.
• Partner with Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities and risks throughout the season and proactively recommend solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
