You will support the Marketplace Integrity strategy, ensuring compliance with policies across EMEA while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Business Development to protect and elevate Nike's marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Retail, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
• Advanced Airtable expertise is a must-have requirement, including building, managing, and optimizing Airtable databases, workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business functions.
• A curious, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset.

Join Nike EHQ as a Marketplace Integrity Specialist and play a key role in protecting and elevating Nike's marketplace across EMEA. Working at the intersection of Sales, Legal, and Business Development, you'll help ensure marketplace compliance, strengthen partner relationships, and support strategic initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.

This is a temporary assignment until March 2027

What are you going to do?

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to support Nike's Marketplace Integrity strategy and ensure compliance with key marketplace policies.

• Support the execution of Nike's Selective Distribution Policy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Coordinate partner reviews and assessments across Nike's wholesale network.
• Support initiatives that strengthen marketplace compliance and reduce grey market activities.
• Lead projects focused on improving tools, reporting, and operational processes.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Business Development, and external vendors to drive execution.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions and policy compliance.
• Help identify opportunities to improve marketplace governance and operational excellence.
