EY-Parthenon Cyber in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity due diligence and transaction-related cyber advisory across deal lifecycles. You will gain hands-on experience with data-backed analysis and mentor others on your team within a fast-growing, international practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with IT and Cyber M&A consulting, cybersecurity assessments, or related cybersecurity fields.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI-DSS and GDPR/NIS2/DORA regulations.
• Understanding of secure Software Development Lifecycle and experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Cyber or privacy certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CIPM, CISA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity due diligence efforts, combining external research with internal data to deliver actionable insights for investments and divestments.
• Perform commercial, cybersecurity and technical analysis and translate findings into financial implications for non-technical audiences.
• Develop operating models for cybersecurity organizations within companies, optimizing for effectiveness, risk and value across transaction milestones.
• Drive the development of complete, error-free deliverables (data books, reports, blueprints, Day 1 plans, board packs, workshop content).
• Support Engagement Leaders in identifying and scoping opportunities, both in current engagements and new deals.
