Job summary

frog Netherlands is seeking a Design Director to lead and elevate our multidisciplinary design practice. You will set design quality, shape our future vision, and represent frog in the market, with a strong presence at the leadership table.

You will mentor designers, lead strategic engagements with clients, and drive growth by shaping proposals, winning work, and translating design value into measurable business outcomes in an AI-driven era.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design and digital innovation, including leadership roles.
• Compelling design vision and point of view on AI-driven design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in consultancy, agency, or product environments.
• Strong business development skills and proven success in shaping and winning strategic engagements.
• Ability to inspire clients, teams, and executives through storytelling and presence.
