Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Venray, NL, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for our customers, handling issues, monitoring orders, and coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth logistics processes.

You will lead the Customer Service team, set priorities, participate in weekly meetings, and drive improvements through KPI analysis and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Team leadership and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
• Leading the bi-weekly complaint meeting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer's logistics team and end customers.
• Managing and supporting the Customer Service team.
• Reviewing and completing the customer's monthly invoicing process.
• Analyzing process issues and providing efficient solutions.
• Handling inquiries and complaints accurately and timely.
• Analyzing KPIs and initiating improvement proposals.
