Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative Parcel for Maastricht Airport. You will be the link between international customers and our operations, tracking shipments from booking to destination and keeping customers informed.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate with integrators, couriers and carriers, and translate customer requirements into the right actions while ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Book and monitor shipments, proactively inform customers on progress and status
• Process customer contacts and shipment details in our transport management system from initial contact to invoicing
• Maintain contact with integrators, courier companies and carriers to ensure on-time processing
• Translate customer requirements into the right approach while considering safety and environmental regulations
