Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading in warehousing or logistics operations.
• Ability to analyse, optimise and improve operational performance.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and operational staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects within the warehouse operation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to meet operational goals.
