Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CDD & EDD reviews for high-risk portfolios; ensure adherence to standards, SLAs, and regulatory policies.
• Drive rapid-response investigations into real-time adverse events, transaction anomalies, and triggers to mitigate risks.
• Engage directly with merchants to collect documentation and update data.
• Provide expert advisory on due diligence to merchants and resolve escalations.
• Harmonize review frameworks and risk models with regional/global teams for consistent evaluation.
• Spearhead process improvements to scale risk operations and enhance detection capabilities.
• Mentor junior analysts on complex risk assessments.
