Adyen is seeking a Senior CDD Risk Analyst to join the Amsterdam office and translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable operational processes. You will work with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Commercial teams to shape how risk reviews are conducted.

The role requires extensive experience in CDD/KYC/EDD within FinTech or financial institutions, with a focus on regulatory alignment and data-driven risk management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in CDD, KYC, or EDD operations or equivalent Second Line Risk or Compliance role.
• Experience coaching/mentoring team members is a plus.
• Deep regulatory knowledge across multi-jurisdiction AML/CFT standards.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Case Management: manage periodic reviews for high-risk enterprise customers from initial assessment through remediation.
• Uphold quality & consistency: ensure First-Time-Right accuracy, perform quality checks, upskill team on standards.
• Peer mentorship: coach peers and guide complex cases.
• Policy alignment & operational excellence: translate compliance requirements into daily workflows and refine SOPs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: act as liaison between Commercial teams and customers to balance risk and growth.
• Volume & SLA management: handle high volumes and strict regulatory deadlines.
• AMLR & Product partnership: align with AMLR regs and forward-looking compliance goals.
