ING Nederland is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Expert in Quality Assurance to lead testing across the credit risk lifecycle, ensuring controls are effective, compliant, and future-ready. The role requires deep credit risk expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements across ING's global risk framework.

Competenze

• Master’s degree is required and highly valued.
• 10–15 years of experience in credit risk, including knowledge of retail credit processes and products.
• Experience in first-line credit risk, lending, underwriting, or portfolio management is highly valued.
• Good understanding of retail credit portfolios.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues and leading initiatives.
• Deep understanding of credit risk processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for improving controls and transparency.
• Ability to influence across functions and drive strategic alignment.
