ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Senior Regulatory Model Management & Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Team Lead in ensuring high-quality, compliant supervisory submissions and regulatory change initiatives.

You will own complex tasks across the credit risk model landscape with a focus on QA, governance documentation, and disciplined project execution. You will collaborate with Model Strategy, Risk Modelling, Model Validation, Internal Audit and policy stakeholders to promote

Competenze

• Strong experience in regulatory model management and governance.
• In-depth knowledge of CRR, EBA Guidelines, ECB expectations.
• Experience with ECB submissions and regulatory impact assessments.
• Ability to challenge content and translate requirements into actions.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Review Reversion and Permanent Partial Use submissions for ECB with quality checks.
• Maintain CRCU Charter and governance standards.
• Provide feedback on policy changes affecting model governance.
• Translate regulatory developments into impact assessments and actions.
• Provide PMO support for regulatory initiatives and track milestones.
• Coordinate workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Plan and monitor delivery of regulatory model management activities.
• Collaborate with Model Strategy, Risk Modelling, Model Validation, Internal Audit and senior management.
