Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk management or regulatory oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven reviews and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of credit risk underwriting and monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• CFA/FRM/PRM is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review credit risk activities across the lifecycle and translate insights into improvements.
• Analyse trends, test the quality of credit decisions, and advise senior leaders on risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Risk organisation and act as a trusted partner for stakeholders.
• Represent Credit Risk in committees and advise on strategic changes.
• Support senior management with clear, data-driven insights.
