Job summary

ING's Non-Financial Risk function seeks a senior IT Risk and Operational Risk professional to shape the unit. You will combine deep IT risk expertise with data-driven decision making and report to the CRO.

You will work with a small team, strengthen governance, dashboards and reporting, and mentor colleagues while building future capabilities in a technology-driven banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Risk background.
• Experience spanning IT Risk and Operational Risk.
• Ability to translate risk issues into business actions.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen the Non-Financial Risk function.
• Determine where the team should focus its time and attention.
• Translate developments in technology, AI, regulation into clear priorities.
• Coordinate activities across Operational Risk and IT Risk with a consistent approach.
• Improve ways of working, reporting and collaboration.
• Develop people and capabilities and coach colleagues on complex cases.
