Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to manage client portfolios, ensure compliance with Dutch corporate law, and coordinate with notaries, lawyers, and clients.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, strong governance and client-management skills, and fluency in English. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Amstelveen with a global, supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within corporate services or legal environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Dutch corporate law and compliance standards (AML, KYC), incl. Wtt 2018 and Wwft.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of client companies ensuring compliance with local regulations and governance standards.
• Prepare and review legal and corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, contracts).
• Coordinate with clients, notaries, lawyers, and professionals on corporate actions.
• File statutory returns and maintain statutory records accurately.
• Advise clients on governance, compliance, and regulatory changes.
