Apex Group Ltd in Amsterdam invites a Senior Corporate Officer to lead corporate services for a portfolio of clients in a dynamic, global firm. You will apply Dutch corporate law, governance and administration skills to ensure compliant delivery of services, manage client relationships, and coordinate with external advisors.

We seek a professional with strong project management, impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, ethical approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar corporate services or legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch corporate law and AML/KYC standards (Wtt 2018, Wwft).
• Excellent English, Dutch or other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of Dutch client companies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review minutes, resolutions, contracts and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with clients, notaries and lawyers on corporate actions.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of records.
• Advise on governance, compliance and changes in legislation.
• Assist onboarding of new clients including due diligence and KYC.
• Mentor junior staff and support cross‑department collaboration.
