Share your talents

At Rituals, our Digital Trading team is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of our products, enhancing the customer experience, and strengthening data-driven decision-making. Within the Content and Operational Excellence team, we accelerate digital sales growth by creating exceptional shopping experiences across our website and app, globally, while turning content performance data into smarter business decisions.

As Senior Content Manager, you will help shape how customers discover, navigate, and engage with our brand online. You will bring together content, commerce, and customer insight to create journeys that are both inspiring and effective, evolving our approach from siloed content management to a more customer journey-led content strategy.

With a strong focus on performance, testing, and personalization, you will improve content relevance across key categories such as Gifting, Limited Editions, Promotional campaigns, and local market gifting moments. You will work closely with teams across Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Owned Channels, Content Studio, UX, Performance Marketing, and local markets to ensure plans are aligned and delivered with care.

Responsibilities
  • Translate commercial priorities, customer insights and brand objectives into compelling, relevant and performance-driven content journeys across website and app for key business-driving categories and consumer moments, such as Gifting, Promotions and Limited Editions
  • Proactively uplift Rituals' gifting and promotional offers, by collaborating with local teams to create content journeys that focus on locally-relevant market moments and celebrations
  • Work hands‑on with analytics tools, especially GA4, to understand web and app content performance, customer behaviour, engagement and journey progression
  • Define KPIs and use content performance data to identify benchmarks and opportunities, turning insights into clear optimisation actions
  • Define and support A/B testing opportunities to improve content performance, (including engagement, click‑through, add‑to‑cart, conversion support and overall journey effectiveness)
  • Drive the development of personalization opportunities by translating audience insights, behavioural data and customer needs into more relevant and effective content experiences
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to elevate the category's content strategy, with a strong focus on agentic commerce, LLM discoverability, credibility and loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Merchandising team to understand seasonal commercial priorities and how to reach our growth goals
  • Partner with Marketing, Owned channels, Content Studio, UX, Performance Marketing, and local markets to ensure plans are aligned, strong in storytelling, effective and delivered on time, in full
  • Lead or contribute to broader innovative content and customer journey projects that accelerate Rituals' digital experience and support category growth and digital performance, such as our online Gift Finder
Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in content management, digital content strategy, e‑commerce content, digital marketing or customer journey optimisation, ideally in a fast‑paced international e‑commerce environment
  • Strong experience in planning and executing digital content across website and app, with a clear understanding of how content impacts customer behaviour and commercial performance
  • Confident working with data and analytics, especially GA4, to draw insights from web and app content performance
  • Experience defining content KPIs, building performance learnings and translating insights into practical optimisation actions
  • Strong understanding of customer journey planning, personalization, A/B testing and content optimisation
  • High agency and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate roadblocks, take ownership of challenges and proactively find effective solutions in a fast‑moving environment
  • A commercial and customer‑first mindset, with the ability to balance brand storytelling, operational feasibility and business impact
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and stakeholders at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo to improve how content contributes to customer experience and digital growth
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package
  • Bonus opportunity
  • Pension plan
  • Travel allowance
  • Learning and development opportunities (training, internal growth, mentorship)
  • Employee discount on Rituals products
  • Wellbeing support initiatives
  • Unique opportunities for personal and professional growth
