Riverflex is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape client futures in digital transformation, based in Amsterdam with global exposure. You will steer delivery, mentor teams, and translate analysis into actionable strategies.

You will manage workstreams, build client relationships, conduct market research, and contribute to business development. English is essential; Dutch is a bonus. Travel as needed; visa sponsorship available.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm focusing on digital/tech transformation.
• Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Excellent English (C1) with Dutch as a plus.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills.

Your role as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions

• Conducting in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies

• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business

• Guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment

• Developing actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's needs

• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations

• Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals

• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation

Who you are

• 4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business

• Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams

• Strong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects at once

• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact

• Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts

• Master's degree in business, management, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus

• Willing to travel as needed
