About the role
As a Consultant Strategy & Transformation Management , you guide clients through complex organizational and digital transformations, from strategic direction to practical execution. How you do this may vary. You might be a strong strategist, a natural connector, an analytical problem-solver, or a coach who inspires people to embrace change. Whatever your approach, you leverage your unique strengths to achieve a shared goal: delivering sustainable impact.
You play a key role in end-to-end consulting engagements, working closely with clients to design, implement, and embed change within their organizations. We believe that the best solutions emerge when diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences come together. That is why we value individuals who bring fresh insights, challenge the status quo, ask bold questions, and help organizations view challenges from new angles.
Your role as Consultant Strategy & Transformation Management
In this role, supporting organizations in their journey toward greater agility and future readiness is at the core of what you do. By addressing both organizational structures and behaviors, you contribute to sustainable improvements and growth, while also fostering the development of colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Transforming traditional organizations into responsive digital market leaders.
- Helping clients achieve their objectives by improving organizational processes, ways of working, behaviors, and leadership practices.
- Driving improvements in organizations’ IT delivery capabilities.
- Supporting organizations in establishing a consistent flow from strategy to execution (e.g., through Lean Portfolio Management).
- Designing and implementing practices and ways of working that enable continuous innovation.
- Reinventing organizational functions and practices (such as HR, finance, and portfolio management) to align with the needs of an adaptive organization.
- Coaching, guiding, and mentoring junior colleagues, both on client engagements and throughout their professional development journeys.
Who are you?
- You take initiative and remain persistent when faced with challenges.
- You are a conceptual thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- You are digitally savvy and IT-literate, with strong analytical skills.
- You possess strong project management skills and can easily manage multiple priorities.
- You adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively across different people, teams, and organizational levels.
- You bring your own perspective, background, and style. Whether you come from consulting, have held an internal transformation role, or followed another relevant career path, we believe that diverse experiences, ways of thinking, and perspectives help organizations move forward.
- You thrive in an environment where there is space to be yourself, take initiative, and create impact through authenticity.
- You are AI literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.
We strongly encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply, even if you do not meet all of the criteria listed above.
What are we asking?
- You have completed an academic education (master’s degree).
- You have 4–8 years of relevant experience in organizational change, transformation, or consulting. This may have been gained in a consulting environment, but equally through an internal role where you have led and supported complex transformation and change initiatives.
- You have experience with organizational transformation programs.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English. German is also highly appreciated.
We do not believe in a single type of consultant. Instead, we are looking for individuals who bring diverse backgrounds, areas of expertise, personalities, and perspectives. Whatever path you have taken, if you are able to drive organizations and people forward and are passionate about creating sustainable impact, we would love to hear from you.
What are we offering?
- Attractive and comprehensive employment conditions: a salary of €3.400 to €5.000, with variable compensation aligned with the responsibility and impact of your role, complemented by paid leave, mobility options, and a pension scheme.
- The best of two worlds: the intellectual sharpness and quality of a high end consultancy firm, combined with the agility and engagement of an entrepreneurial organization.
- Responsibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurship: from the very start, you take ownership in projects and client work, with plenty of room to take initiative, supported by experienced colleagues.
- Collaborating in an accessible environment: you work in a setting where decision making is close to the action and ideas quickly gain traction.
- Flexible working with strong connection: hybrid working is possible, combined with regular moments where we come together for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team activities such as inspiring sessions and the Highberg Festival.
