Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Consultant, Practice Management (Dutch speaking) to act as a trusted advisor to accounting firms across the Netherlands. You will own a portfolio of customers, maximize value from our solutions, and identify growth opportunities while influencing product roadmaps.

Our Practice Management team plays a key role in this mission. Working closely with customers, product teams, sales, and support colleagues, we help accounting firms optimize their processes, maximize the value of our solutions, and successfully navigate change.
As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to accounting firms across the Netherlands. You will take ownership of a portfolio of customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
This is a highly autonomous role for a self-starter who enjoys working directly with customers, taking the lead on complex projects, and influencing outcomes. Beyond implementation and consulting, you will have a direct voice in product development by sharing customer feedback and helping shape future enhancements.
Success in this role means building long-term customer partnerships, preventing customer churn, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring successful adoption of both existing and new solutions.
You are a proactive and commercially minded consultant who enjoys taking ownership and building strong customer relationships. You are equally comfortable discussing business strategy with decision-makers, leading workshops, and coordinating complex customer engagements.
