Job summary

Mendix is seeking a Senior Consultant Lead Developer to advise and implement technical Mendix solutions for customers across The Netherlands and the wider EMEA region.

In this role you will guide customers and partners in integrating the Mendix Platform into enterprise landscapes, collaborating with architects and teams to ensure successful adoption. You will work across multiple projects and client environments in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Mendix platform experience, Advanced certification preferred.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or SQL.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement technical Mendix solutions for customers across The Netherlands and EMEA.
• Guide customers and partners to integrate the Mendix Platform into enterprise landscapes and processes.
• Collaborate with architects, customers, and partner teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead development projects using SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to and share knowledge within EMEA Communities of Practice.

As a key player in our organization, your primary focus will be to guide our customers and partners in seamlessly integrating theMendixApp Platform into their enterprise landscape and processes. Collaborating closely with enterprise and application architects, as well as customer/partner teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the adoption of theMendixplatform. This dynamic role offers the unique advantage of engaging with multiple projects and diverse customers, providing a rich and varied experience compared to traditional long-term client placements.

We are searching for enthusiastic and innovative individuals with a proventrack recordin IT developmentand shownexperience in customer-facing roles such as architect, consultant, or engineer. As we work on projects using the SCRUM/Agilemethodology, your familiarity with this approach will be highly valued.

• Actively contributing to and collaborating within our EMEA-wide Communities of Practice, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster collective growth

You’re The Innovator We Need If:

• Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years)
• (Preferably) at least 3 years hands-on experience with theMendixplatform, including an Advanced certification
• Experience with or basic understanding of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL
• Passion for cloud-native and mobile technologies like Responsive, PWA, or Native
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to find sophisticated solutions to complex problems
• Proven leadership and project delivery skills, either as a software project lead or within an organization focused on software development
• Engaging and professionaldemeanour, motivated to work with customers and drive innovation within their organizations
• Hands-on experience with common CI/CD tooling, such as GIT/SVN, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Fluent in both English and Dutch,additionallanguage-skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA Region to client sites
