Job summary

Mendix is seeking a Senior Consultant Lead Developer to advise and implement technical solutions for customers across The Netherlands and the EMEA. You will guide partners in integrating the Mendix App Platform into enterprise landscapes, collaborating with architects and customer teams to ensure successful adoption.

You will work on multiple projects, engaging with diverse customers, while aligning with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years).
• Preferably at least 3 years hands-on Mendix platform experience, with Advanced certification.
• Experience with or understanding of Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL.
• Passion for cloud-native and mobile tech (Responsive, PWA, Native).
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to solve complex problems.
• Proven leadership and project delivery skills in software development.
• Engaging and professional demeanor for customer work.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling (Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Collaborating closely with enterprise and application architects, as well as customer/partner teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the adoption of the Mendix platform. This dynamic role offers the unique advantage of engaging with multiple projects and diverse customers, providing a rich and varied experience compared to traditional long‑term client placements.

We are searching for enthusiastic and innovative individuals with a proventrack recordin IT developmentand shownexperience in customer-facing roles such as architect, consultant, or engineer. As we work on projects using the SCRUM/Agilemethodology, your familiarity with this approach will be highly valued.

You’re The Innovator We Need If:

• Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years)

• Fluent in both English and Dutch,additionallanguage-skills are an advantage

• Willingness to travel within the EMEA Region to client sites

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is EUR 76,600 - 145,700 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement).. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
