Job summary

Siemens Software’s Mendix platform team seeks a Senior Consultant Lead Developer to advise and implement Mendix solutions for customers across The Netherlands and the broader EMEA region. You will collaborate with enterprise architects and customer teams to ensure successful platform adoption.

The role combines hands-on development with customer-facing leadership in a hybrid work setup, across multiple projects and diverse clients. Strong SCRUM/Agile experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development projects.
• 3+ years hands-on Mendix platform experience with Advanced certification.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with cloud-native and mobile tech (Responsive, PWA, Native).
• Strong leadership and project delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a Mendix guide, driving innovation through Mendix implementations.
• Guide customers to create a Human-AI workforce in their environment.
• Hands-on development across planning to adoption of the Mendix platform.
• Empower customers and partners to be self-sufficient with Mendix.
• Train customers and partners to elevate their skills.
• Champion Scrum/Agile-led implementations with clients.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance the Mendix Platform.
• Contribute within EMEA Communities of Practice to share best practices.
