Zusammenfassung

Sia is a global management consulting group seeking Senior Consultants to drive finance transformation, controllership foundations, and improved closing and budgeting processes. You will also contribute to offer development and business development in a fast-growing, international environment.

Amsterdam office, with home-working options. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and strong English/Dutch

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required; 3–6 years relevant working experience; knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting; finance process optimization.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics; quick to build expertise.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.

• Gain control over financial impact of business processes.
• Improve and accelerate closing, consolidation, and the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts.

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:

• Rethink the Finance Organisation of our clients
• Build the foundations for strong business and financial Controllership;
• (Re)gain control over the financial impact of their business processes;
• Improve and accelerate their closing, consolidation, but also the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts…

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia’s internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting Financial performance and strategy
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.

• You have a Master's degreeapplied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• You have 3-6 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization.
