Job summary

Sia is seeking bright, dynamic Senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results in a fast-growing global firm with a focus on data, AI, and transformation programs. You’ll engage with clients, develop expertise quickly, and grow within an entrepreneurial team.

You will contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, elevating insights through data-driven analyses and knowledge sharing while working from our Amsterdam office or remotely with international exposure.

Qualifications

• You have a Master’s degree.
• 3–6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise and help clients seize opportunities.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects at our clients, executing data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, and process mapping.
• Take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors and contributing to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars).
• Collaborate across industries in a fast-growing, international environment to deliver results.

Sia is looking for bright and dynamic Senior consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.
