Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to build relationships and deliver results across Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, and Operational Excellence. You will work on strategic positioning, new business directions, and organizational redesign while collaborating with colleagues on Sia internal initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience (or a PhD), have an analytical mindset, and are fluent in English and Dutch.

• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize options into conclusions.

We are interested in people with good track records during their education and with a first successful and relevant job experience with the following services: Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Pricing and Revenue Management or Procurement & Sourcing in retail or services or equivalent. You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence...

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute and collaborate with colleagues on Sia internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree.
• You have 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
