Sia is seeking bright, dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results in Amsterdam. You’ll work on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, and operational excellence across diverse projects for clients worldwide.

You will contribute to internal activities, developing offerings and supporting business development, while collaborating with teams across Europe in a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services sector is a must.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; ability to build expertise quickly.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to strategic positioning and new business orientations across client projects.
• Assist in organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence initiatives.

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence...

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia ' internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master's Degree.
• You have 3 to 5 years' experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the Financial services sector is a MUST.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions..
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
