Job summary

Sia is seeking bright and dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results. We value education and early responsibility, with a focus on personal growth.

You will work on projects touching strategic positioning, new business directions, organizational redesign and operational excellence. Dutch and English communication are required, and knowledge of the finance sector is a plus. You’ll have the chance to work from home, at client sites, or in our Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 0–2 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the bank, insurance or pension sector.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind with ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI, with ability to quickly build expertise.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence...

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia ’ internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• You have 0 to 2 years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the bank, insurance or Pension sector.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions..
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
