Senior Compliance Officer / Third-Party Management Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer / Third-Party Management Manager to strengthen and enhance our Third-Party Risk and Outsourcing Management framework. This is a highly visible and hands-on role focused on ensuring compliance with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines while driving operational excellence across vendor governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Third-Party Governance & Risk Management
- Maintain and enhance the master vendor inventory and ensure all relevant vendor data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Review and validate third-party service providers to ensure appropriate scope coverage and regulatory alignment.
- Execute vendor risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps.
- Develop and maintain effective governance structures for ongoing third-party oversight.
DORA & Regulatory Compliance
- Drive remediation activities to ensure third-party contracts comply with DORA and EBA regulatory requirements.
- Review vendor contractual arrangements and identify necessary enhancements.
- Support implementation of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and critical service providers.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, evidence, and governance controls are maintained.
Business Impact & Critical Vendor Management
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) alignment exercises across third-party relationships.
- Assess and manage Critical or Important Function (CIF) vendors in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments of critical vendors and maintain appropriate records of findings and actions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure ownership, monitoring, and oversight activities are completed effectively.
- Track remediation actions, regulatory deadlines, risk issues, and governance requirements.
- Develop vendor performance dashboards and service-level metrics.
- Produce management reporting on vendor risks, compliance status, and performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain third-party exit plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Support operational resilience initiatives related to outsourcing and critical supplier management.
- Ensure contingency planning and exit readiness are documented and periodically reviewed.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Management, Outsourcing Governance, or Operational Risk within a regulated financial services environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, and third-party regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting vendor risk assessments, due diligence reviews, contract compliance reviews, and ongoing oversight activities.
- Proven track record of managing regulatory remediation initiatives and compliance projects.
- Experience working with critical vendors, outsourcing frameworks, and operational resilience programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within banking, payments, fintech, or regulated financial institutions.
- Knowledge of operational resilience, ICT risk management, and outsourcing governance.
- Experience designing vendor governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Exposure to process automation and workflow optimization tools.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent is advantageous.
