Qualifications

• Extensive experience in third-party risk management within regulated financial services.
• Hands-on knowledge of DORA and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.
• Proven track record in vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and contract reviews.
• Experience managing regulatory remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the master vendor inventory and ensure data is complete and up to date.
• Lead vendor risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps.
• Drive remediation activities to ensure third-party contracts comply with DORA and EBA requirements.
• Develop governance structures for ongoing third-party oversight.
• Create vendor performance dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure ownership, monitoring, and oversight.
• Develop third-party exit plans and contingency readiness.
