Job summary

CEG seeks an experienced Senior Assessor to provide technical leadership within its workforce compliance team. You will conduct complex Netherlands-based assessments of companies and workers, coach assessors, and ensure accurate, compliant decisions using WorkpassID.

Flexible remote work with a focus on CET hours and Netherlands projects. You will also interpret evolving regulations, coordinate workloads, and escalate high-risk cases to the Workforce Compliance Program Director.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to spot discrepancies in complex documents and case records.
• Technical judgement to interpret legal, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Substantial experience in workforce compliance, mobility, immigration, payroll compliance or related field.
• Cross-border knowledge of EU posted-worker rules, permanent establishment, social security.
• Operational leadership to allocate work and manage priorities.
• Coaching and advisory skills without line-management responsibility.
• Stakeholder management with ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Process improvement for practical procedures and assessment frameworks.
• Digital agility with ability to learn WorkpassID and adapt to workflows.
• Fluent Dutch and English; additional European language is a plus.
• ELA certification: complete ELA courses and provide certificates.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex, high-risk company assessments in the Netherlands.
• Perform complex, high-risk worker assessments with identity, permits, payroll and tax records.
• Allocate work among Assessors and coordinate workload during busy periods.
• Act as escalation point and coach Assessors without formal management duties.
• Interpret regulatory developments and translate into guidance and checklists.
• Identify risks and propose practical improvements while QA is done by auditors.
• Liaise with contractors and internal specialists on sensitive cases.
• Record evidence clearly and review records for accuracy.
• Retain or archive assessments per data-retention procedures and ensure confidentiality.
• Escalate cases with significant risk to internal specialists.
