Job summary

Highberg B.V. is expanding its executive compensation practice within the Reward & Benefits team in the Netherlands. You will help shape the proposition, develop client relationships, and lead analytical work from day one.

You join a European transformation consultancy that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and growth, with opportunities to build capabilities and contribute to client impact across the Netherlands and Europe.

Qualifications

Completed academic degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, HRM, Economics, Econometrics or tax law.
Analytical ability to work with data and turn analysis into clear advice.
Curiosity and drive to learn reward questions and build the practice.

Responsibilities

Benchmark the reward of executive directors and senior management using market data.
Design and model variable pay and long-term incentive plans with scenario analyses.
Draft remuneration policies and reports for committees and boards.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations including EU Pay Transparency Directive and SRD II.
Write and present project plans, and facilitate workshops with HR and management teams.
Contribute to building the practice: market data, methodologies, pitches and client conversations.
Experiment with AI to enhance products and ways of working.
