• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years in a senior commercial, sales management, or business development role.
• Experience in international B2B environment; preferably in food ingredients/oils.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, contract management, and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Zwijndrecht site.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and portfolio optimization.
• Identify new markets, customers, and business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a professional Sales team.
• Establish clear commercial processes, KPIs, and performance management structures.
• Develop account strategies and long-term customer partnerships.
