Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is hiring a Commercial Due Diligence professional to conduct market research, interview executives, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and contribute to client discussions. You will support commercial strategies and collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across industries.

The role requires 3+ years in strategy consulting or equivalent, a Master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent with a strong track record in commercial due diligence and growth strategy work.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration with strong academic results.
• Demonstrated interest in strategy and M&A through internships or research.

Responsibilities

• Support development of commercial strategies using market analysis, customer and competitor research, macroeconomic forecasting and portfolio optimization.
• Review and manage deal documents to identify critical commercial issues and risks related to a proposed transaction.
• Work in project teams to deliver high quality output addressing client questions.
• Perform commercial analyses and translate findings into recommendations for C-level executives and investment professionals.
• Contribute to business development by preparing project proposals.
