Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant to drive performance, turnaround and restructuring initiatives. You will work with diverse teams across Strategy, Transactions, Valuations, Tax and Assurance to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a solid financial perspective, and fluency in Dutch and English. We offer a hybrid work model, a competitive salary, pension, and extensive trainings.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in consulting, transaction advisory, restructuring, finance transformation, accounting or controlling.
• A relevant university degree (e.g. Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or Accountancy).
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Affinity with transactions, restructuring or performance improvement topics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in strengthening financial and operational performance through high-impact initiatives.
• Advise on liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and short-term stabilisation measures.
• Contribute to Independent Business Reviews and distressed M&A where relevant.
