Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to shape the reliability, scalability, and performance of its Cloud Platform and customer‑facing applications. You will collaborate with software engineers and product teams to ensure systems meet high reliability standards and customer expectations.

In this role, you will design and operate scalable infrastructure, lead on-call rotations, and advance CI/CD workflows and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a DevOps or SRE role with hands-on production troubleshooting and on-call experience.
• Proficient with CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructures for the Cloud Platform.
• Operate production systems, handle on-call incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response to minimize downtime.
