Job summary

Luscii, an OMRON Healthcare service, is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to modernise a cloud platform serving millions of users worldwide. You will shape engineering standards, introduce modern cloud practices, and enable teams to deploy safely and independently.

You will collaborate with engineers, balance innovation with pragmatism, and help maintain stability for healthcare users. English is the primary language for internal communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and operating large-scale cloud platforms with AWS.
• Extensive Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, serverless and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve the AWS platform using Terraform as the single source of truth.
• Build reusable infrastructure, deployment pipelines and platform tooling for independent delivery.
• Introduce pragmatic cloud-native and event-driven solutions to improve scalability and reliability.
• Make observability a default with standardized monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerts.
• Improve deployment practices with automated CI/CD, progressive delivery and reliable rollback strategies.
• Embed security, compliance and cost optimisation into the platform with guardrails and best practices.
• Coach fellow engineers and raise the cloud engineering bar through collaboration.
