You will ensure high-quality deliverables, support team growth, and adapt to a fast-changing environment. This role requires being onsite at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing engineering or cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience building and stabilizing teams.
• Strong grasp of CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, automation.
