ProQR Therapeutics in Leiden, NL, is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Lead to oversee outsourced trials and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and data integrity. This role reports to the Development department and collaborates across functional teams to drive study delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in life sciences, 5+ years leading global trials, and hands-on expertise with ICH-GCP, EMA/FDA regulations, and eTMF/CTMS systems. A postgrad degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Clinical Operations Lead in management of global clinical trials.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and EMA/FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of outsourced clinical trials and CRO oversight.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee set‑up, maintenance, and quality of the Trial Master File for assigned studies.
• Provide hands‑on oversight to safeguard data integrity and patient safety.
