Job summary

Syneos Health in the Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Trial Lead / Clinical Research Manager to oversee a single-sponsor programme from startup through closeout. You’ll manage site interactions, risk-based monitoring, budgeting, and liaison with CROs and internal teams to ensure delivery on milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, strong leadership, and experience with CTMS, EDC, and trial governance. Dutch language skills and travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in international environment and site management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site interactions post activation through site closeout.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to trial management deliverables.
• Coordinates training, dashboards, and data management plans.
• Maintains CTMS/EDC usage and ensures timely data updates.
• Escalates risks to project management and liaises with sponsors.
