ProQR Therapeutics in Leiden, the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Clinical Operations Lead (Associate Director) to oversee end-to-end management of outsourced clinical trials and serve as the primary liaison with CROs.

You will ensure trials are delivered on time and within budget, compliant with ICH-GCP, EMA/FDA regulations, and data integrity standards, while maintaining a robust Trial Master File and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Clinical Operations Lead in global trials with CRO oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and EMA/FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outsourced clinical trials.
• Serve as primary point of contact between the organization and external service providers.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while complying with laws/regulations.
• Provide hands-on oversight to safeguard data integrity and patient safety; manage Trial Master File.
