WeAreKeen is seeking a Client & Delivery Lead in Amsterdam to close deals and scale founder-led sales into a robust, multi-year client portfolio. This hybrid role blends hands-on prospecting and executive engagement with senior TA leadership across startups and enterprises.

You'll co-found the first cell and own its commercial outcomes alongside a People & Culture Lead, requiring entrepreneurial drive, strategic thinking, and a posture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in staffing, RPO, or B2B services with full-cycle ownership.
• Track record of closing deals, not just building pipelines.
• Comfortably interact with enterprise clients and startups alike.
• Genuine curiosity about TA functions to translate insight into proposals.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to build trust quickly.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and grow founder-led sales into scalable revenue.
• Build and manage your own pipeline; qualify, propose, negotiate, and close deals.
• Partner with senior TA leaders across scale-ups and enterprises.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to own a commercial cell.
• Own the commercial side of the first cell with revenue and utilization targets.
