Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Senior CAPEX Construction Project Manager to lead on-site execution of industrial CAPEX projects. You will coordinate contractors, manage site activities, and ensure delivery safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and 5–10 years in industrial CAPEX projects. Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical environments and strong safety and project controls knowledge are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing industrial construction/CAPEX projects.
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industrial environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing contractors and construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities in line with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee site logistics, permits, inspections, and daily construction activities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve on-site issues.
• Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
