Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Construction Manager to independently lead the on-site execution of CAPEX projects in a regulated industrial environment, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate contractors, engineering, procurement and operations, monitor risks, quality and costs, and support commissioning and handover while upholding EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• Experience leading industrial CAPEX construction projects (5–10+ years).
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/chemical/food) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Description

• Strong experience in complex production or industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing contractors and construction sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project controls.
• Experience in pharma, chemical, food, or similar regulated/industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of permits, safety, quality, and site procedures.
• Hands-on, decisive, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
