Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of CAPEX projects at a large industrial site in Bedum, Netherlands. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Operations and other stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10+ years of industrial CAPEX project experience, strong leadership and contractor management skills, and a proven track record delivering complex construction programs on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Eng, Construction Mgmt or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience managing complex industrial CAPEX projects
• Experience with on-site construction and EHS compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of CAPEX projects
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure schedule, budget and safety targets are met
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Operations
• Manage site logistics, permits, inspections and quality processes
• Monitor and report progress, risks and performance
• Identify and resolve technical and construction challenges
• Prepare for commissioning and handover to Operations
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards
