About the Role

This is a content-led consulting role for someone who can shape the response to complex business challenges and translate strategic ambitions into practical transformation initiatives with measurable impact. You will lead consulting workstreams and engagements, working with client stakeholders, business consultants and specialists in AI, automation and advanced data analytics. You will combine strong conceptual and analytical thinking with hands-on delivery, trusted client advisory and an active contribution to proposals and practice growth. The role is aimed at an experienced consultant who can operate with autonomy while continuing to develop towards broader engagement and team leadership.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Engineering or a related field, preferably with strong business acumen.


• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, with professional written and spoken proficiency in English.


• 4-7 years of post-studies professional experience in business consulting.


• Demonstrated consulting delivery experience across several of the following areas: business transformation, digital transformation, process optimisation, regulatory-driven transformation, organisational design, business governance, business-case modelling and change management.


• Ability to structure complex business problems, select an appropriate consulting methodology, conduct or guide analysis and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations.


• Experience leading consulting workstreams or engagements, including scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, deliverables and stakeholder management.


• Proven ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.


• Credible hands-on consulting delivery experience. Project-management experience alone is not sufficient for this role.


• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, entrepreneurial and results‑oriented mindset.
