Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken Dutch and professional English proficiency.
4–7 years of post‑graduate experience in business consulting.
Experience delivering complex transformation programs and governance.
Ability to structure complex problems and translate findings into recommendations.
Experience leading consulting workstreams or engagements end‑to‑end.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands‑on delivery experience with a practical, results‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Shape approach to complex business challenges, including digital transformation and operational excellence.
Own consulting content of workstreams by structuring problems and guiding analysis.
Lead end‑to‑end engagements with governance of scope, planning and budgets.
Provide evidence‑based recommendations to clients and drive outcomes.
Facilitate client meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders.
Contribute to proposals and grow the practice.
