Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, with professional English.
• 4-7 years of post-studies professional experience in business consulting.
• Experience across business transformation, digital transformation, process optimisation, governance and change management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the approach to complex business challenges and define measurable outcomes.
• Own consulting content of assigned workstreams by structuring problems and translating findings into recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end consulting workstreams with governance of scope, planning, budget and stakeholders.
• Shape the approach to complex challenges and select methodologies and define measurable outcomes.
• Own the consulting content of engagements and guide analysis.
• Lead workstreams with governance, quality, risks, and deliverables.
